Organize content using the topics tree and tagging

The question items and the exam configurations can be managed in a “topics tree” similar to the usual folder structure on the computer. The elements can be organized using drag & drop and cut/copy/paste. This guarantees a structured overview for a large amount of content. Tagging the question items is another way of structuring the content.
